In a strategic move to strengthen grassroots unity and political cohesion, Alh. Dr. Muhammed Maikaya (Chiroman Toto) — CEO of the Maikaya Development Foundation and Hopeful APC Gubernatorial Candidate of Nasarawa State — played host to the Central Working Committee (CWC) of the six wards in Umaisha District, led by Hon. Danladi Ibrahim, Special Adviser to the Governor of Nasarawa State.
The high-powered meeting featured former Speaker, Rt. Hon. Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi, a revered political leader in Toto Local Government whose influence and antecedents remain widely acknowledged. Addressing the gathering, Dr. Maikaya emphasized the importance of reconciliation, collaboration, and collective progress.

As a politician committed to development, I could not shy away without seeking a collaborative path with him. In his remarks, the APC Local Government Chairman Hon. Shuaibu Ahmed advised Dr. Maikaya to maintain close ties with the Governor, stressing that the party leadership remains aligned with the Governor's directives.
