The Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Maikaya Development Foundation (MDF), Muhammed Musa Maikaya (Ciroman Toto), has congratulated the Ohinoyi Ogye (Onah of Toto), HRH Alhaji Muhammad Umar Azaki, on the historic occasion of marking ten years of purposeful reign on the revered throne of his forefathers.
In a congratulatory message, Maikaya said the remarkable milestone celebrates a decade of stability, peace, cultural preservation, and responsible traditional leadership that has strengthened the unity and progress of Toto Chiefdom.
